Society Membership Instructions
1. Confirm that all potential members meet "National Membership Requirements."
2. Have potential members complete "Chapter Record Form (for chapter records only)."
3. Have advisor verify that all National Membership Requirements are met.
4. Gather all "Chapter Record Forms" of those potential members that will be initiated as national members.
5. Log-in to "National Membership Form" and complete forms.
If adding national membership applications, check the box labeled "Add Members."
For advisors to review and submit applications to the National Office, check the appropriate box.
6.. Mail a list of new National members and payment to the National Office.
